Many of us life with a loved one suffering from mental illness/brain disorders.
Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, among other disorders are often hidden from the public, our neighbors, and sometimes even from our family member. Yet they can be exhausting and consuming disorders to live with. NAMI MidCarolina (National Alliance for Mental Illness) will again start up a 12 week course of education and support for spouses, adult children, adult siblings, of those with mental illness. It is completely free to participants, and will meet right here at Pilgrim Lutheran Church on Tuesday evenings, beginning February 28th at 6:30pm.
